AN plumbing hadn’t seen significant innovation, until Phenix entered the market with its award-winning locking AN design. Since the launch of its flagship product, Phenix has expanded into a comprehensive line of plumbing solutions, introducing innovative designs and a wide range of previously unavailable finishes.
Phenix manufactures adapters from aircraft-grade aluminium, designs smooth, contoured hose ends to improve fluid transfer, and incorporates PTFE to create secure, locking seals. As a company that both manufactures and uses its own products, Phenix understands the unique demands of high-performance plumbing.
Safety is a core priority. In high-performance vehicles, a loose line can result in failure - or worse. To address this, Phenix developed a locking fitting that can be safety wired, constructed from 6061 and 2024 aircraft aluminium and equipped with a PTFE seal to prevent loosening under extreme use.
Quality is evident in the ease with which Phenix products assemble, fit, and perform. This is achieved through precise machining to AN specifications and the use of superior lightweight, one-piece billet compression hose ends with full swivel construction.
For many of Phenix’ customers, performance is paramount. These users push their vehicles to the limit, and Phenix products are engineered to keep up. While standard black braided nylon hose handles 200 – 300 PSI, Phenix’ stainless-reinforced core averages over 600 PSI. Contoured adapter interiors further enhance fluid flow.
